What shapes the final cost
Your design fee covers our time. The rest of the budget depends on four things, and we price each one openly before you commit.

Open-book, in practice
This is what a Casement invoice looks like for a living room. Every line shows the supplier’s price, and our design fee sits on its own line.

Pricing questions
Money is the question most people are shy to ask. Please ask anyway, we would rather you knew.
When is the design fee fixed?
At the end of the concept stage, once you have approved the plans. It does not change after that, whatever the project throws at us.
How do trade prices work?
Is the Morning Visit charged separately?
What if the budget changes midway?
Do you offer payment plans?
