Kitchens & Baths
Busy rooms detailed to the drawer pull and built in-house. Led by one designer from the Morning Visit to Install Day.

Kitchens and bathrooms are the hardest-working rooms in a house, and the least forgiving of guesswork. We design them to the millimetre and build the cabinetry ourselves.
During the Morning Visit we watch breakfast happen: who stands where, what gets reached for first, where the dishwasher door blocks the path. Those notes become the layout. Our makers then build the cabinets in white oak, walnut or painted ash, while we coordinate plumbing, electrical and stone with trades we have worked with for years.
What is included
Layout and workflow planning around your routines
Cabinetry built in our Grand Rapids workshop
Stone, tile and fixture selection
Lighting and ventilation plans
Trade coordination and site management
Install Day and final styling
How long it takes
Eight to fourteen weeks for most kitchens, six to ten for bathrooms. We group the loudest days together and keep one working sink in the house throughout.
A detail we care about
Drawer interiors. We fit every drawer to what it will actually hold, from spice jars to baking sheets, after measuring the things you already own.
How it runs, week by week
“Teodor’s library wall is the best piece of furniture we will ever own. It looks like it grew there.”
