Renovation Management

Renovation Management

One project lead for the trades, schedule and budget. Led by one designer from the Morning Visit to Install Day.

A dedicated project lead who runs the trades, the schedule and the budget, so you can keep living your life while the house changes around you.

Renovations go wrong in the gaps between people. Our project leads close those gaps: one schedule, one budget, one phone number. Every Friday you receive a written update with photos, what happened this week, what happens next and exactly where the money went.

What is included

  • Permits and drawings coordination

  • Contractor selection from our vetted trades

  • Weekly site meetings and Friday reports

  • Open-book budget tracking

  • Snagging list and final walkthrough

How we keep it calm

We phase work around your routines, protect the rooms you still use and never start demolition until every long-lead item has been ordered.

Who leads it

One of our three project leads, each with at least ten years on residential sites across West Michigan.
