Like every Casement project, this home began with four quiet hours spent watching an ordinary morning.
The Casement Morning Visit
The brief
Sam and Nora Haan were downsizing to a harbour apartment and wanted to arrive to a finished home, keeping only a handful of pieces they truly loved.
What the morning showed us
We spent the morning in their old house instead. They used three rooms out of nine, and both chose the same chair for their morning coffee.
What we made
A complete furniture scheme sourced at trade price
Two matching armchairs facing the harbour
Their grandmother’s cabinet refinished in our workshop
A bathroom refreshed with new lighting and linen
The whole apartment was installed in one day, while the couple had lunch by the pier.
